During the Covid-19 crisis, Breathing Space will offer FREE online loving kindness meditation sessions. We’ll meet online in the Zoom video software to engage in mindfulness meditation and a contemplative guided meditation practice of loving kindness. No experience necessary. You will need a quiet spot, a computer or smartphone with Internet connection, and a comfortable chair or cushion to sit on. Practice will be 45 – 60 minutes total.

Our session will begin with 5-7 minutes of guided mindfulness meditation

Next, we will do the following contemplation 3 times – first for yourself, second for a loved one, and third for your chosen group, situation, or concern)

May you be filled with loving-kindness

May you be free from inner and outer dangers

May you feel safe

May you feel connected and calm

May you accept yourself just as you are

May you experience joy and well being

At the end of our session, a moment of silence, and then an opportunity to reflect and share (or you can pass and just listen, or sign out at that time)
