“Highly recommend this workshop for anyone who struggles with their eating habits. You will not be told what to eat, or how much to eat, or when to eat; but you will learn how to recognize and identify your eating patterns and you will gain helpful tools to help you make better decisions as you become more mindful. The focus is on health, not weight or size. Game changer for me!” — Lisa

“I really enjoyed the class. I never thought I was a stress eater, but after going through the class and learning to pay attention to what and when I eat, I feel differently. I like the approach to addressing body image. It’s one of things I love about the studio. That all folks are welcome and supported here, no matter where they are on their journey."
