Group Mindfulness Retreat

The morning will include alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation, a few guided contemplations, a brief silent tea, and time for sharing and discussion toward the end of the morning.  We will be sitting in chairs in the Breathing Space studio.  If you would like to participate, please plan to arrive no later than 8:50 am.  If you cannot do the full three-hour session, you are still welcome, but you will need to begin with the group at the beginning, and then quietly exit during one of the walking meditation sessions.  This is a by-donation event ($5-10 suggested), please bring small bills if possible.
