Seed To Flower Yoga Fund for Yoga Service

Breathing Space’s outreach work is supported by our class fees, donors, and grants. In addition, in June 2019,  the Stephens-Digenti family established the Seed to Flower Fund at the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts. The SEED TO FLOWER FUND FOR YOGA SERVICE offers mini-grants to nonprofits associated with Western Mass jails and recovery centers, who provide our trauma-informed yoga program to their clients. Trauma-informed yoga practice has been shown to relieve stress, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression, and to promote empathy, reduce reactivity, and increase emotional stability. Please donate to build this fund, which will increase the number of yoga programs we can bring to people with addictions and those who are incarcerated.
