Gentle yoga offers individual sitting, standing, and lying poses, with some gentle flow sequences. We move in and out of poses slowly, and hold poses for shorter lengths of time. Class will include explanations of yoga benefits and knowledge. This class is appropriate for those who have taken an Introduction to Yoga class, have prior experience with yoga, and for anyone who is looking for a more calming and restorative class. If you have any chronic conditions, please discuss taking yoga with your doctor before taking yoga classes.
