    Join me for weekly Breathing Space Yoga group classes – gentle flow sessions integrating physical, breathwork and meditative practice.

    Whether new to yoga, looking to reconnect with or develop a regular practice, Breathing Space yoga welcomes you – wherever you are on your yoga journey.

    One-to-One Sessions

    I offer individual sessions for anyone who’d value some dedicated support and guidance – whether it’s a single session to address a specific issue or more regular tailored sessions.

    Each session starts with a conversation so I can understand your needs and aims, and we go from there.

    Workshops

    A chance to slow down and dive deeper into your yoga practice. These longer sessions give us space to explore further, learn, and reflect together, and to really connect with the theme we’re exploring.

    I also offer tailored workshops for specific events or groups — we can shape something that fits your needs.

    Retreats

    I especially love to integrate yoga with exploring nature, long distance and mountain hiking - here in Scotland, Italy and beyond.

    So, I offer retreat-style sessions to support groups – either to integrate yoga with another activity holiday/ event, or for dedicated yoga retreats.

    Each retreat is unique and can be arranged to suit a variety of venues, activities and groups – whether in Scotland or further afield.

In busy lives and demanding times we need yoga more than ever.
