At the start of each week and as days start to lengthen, breathe your way into spring energies, move into stillness, reconnect with your inner strength and calm.

  • This is a small neighbourhood studio. Space is limited so early booking recommended.

  • Mats, blocks and bolsters available in studio

Prices and payment info

  • Individual session: £12

  • Block booking: £40 for 4 classes — use anytime during the series.

  • Unwaged rates are considered on request.

  • Payment by cash or bank transfer. 

  • Payment details provided by email when your booking is confirmed.

Develop your yoga practice through a workshop. These are usually longer sessions that give us the opportunity to explore a theme in more depth.
